Ensure efficient operation of the logistics warehouse, centered around the reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of our products.
Your role is central to our industrial performance. You will be responsible for a strategic department, ensuring the efficient reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of products. Leading a team of approximately twenty employees working in 2×8 shifts (warehouse staff and inventory managers), you will daily ensure the fluidity, reliability, and safety of operations.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. You will define the department’s objectives in alignment with the Supply Chain department’s strategic directions, ensure their operational implementation, and monitor their achievement using performance indicators.
You will supervise the organization of flows and physical stock management, guarantee the quality of logistics data, while ensuring compliance with our regulatory and normative requirements.
As a key representative of company policies, you will lead communication rituals, support transformations, develop your employees’ skills, and drive the department’s development projects.
You hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering. You have significant experience in similar logistics roles, ideally within an industrial environment. You have a strong understanding of the challenges in internal logistics and secure flows. As a hands-on manager, you know how to unite your teams in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Your interpersonal skills, organizational acumen, responsiveness, and precision are your greatest assets. You are proficient in team management, change leadership, and the oversight of logistics projects.
