MINITUBES is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under number 421 454 059 with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register, with share capital of €1,008,000.00, whose registered office is located at 21, Rue Jean Vaujany, 38100 Grenoble.

MINITUBES determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data described in this policy. As such, it acts as data controller within the meaning of the applicable regulations.

MINITUBES implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to protect it against loss, destruction, alteration, and unauthorized access or disclosure.
