Your Challenge:

You will report to the department manager and join a multidisciplinary team of 4 people. This role will take you into the field, and you will be the driving force behind daily safety. To this end, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing safety risks and environmental impacts specific to our activity, proposing and managing corrective and preventive actions with all stakeholders (production, maintenance, logistics, process, methods, etc.).
  • Conducting and/or supervising internal/external safety and environmental audits, as well as accident and incident analyses.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance regarding Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
  • Deploying the safety culture and integrating it into the company’s processes: training, awareness campaigns, capitalization of best practices, organization of feedback sessions.

Who are you?

You hold a Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Health, Safety, and Environment, or an equivalent engineering qualification. You have significant and proven experience in HSE roles within demanding industrial environments.

Beyond your background, you are particularly distinguished by your strong affinity for fieldwork. You enjoy interacting with teams and know how to adapt with tact and a pedagogical approach. You are proactive and leverage your thoroughness and analytical skills to propose effective solutions.
