Maintenance Officer (M/F)

Your Challenge:

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the availability of production equipment and the upskilling of maintenance teams.

 

  • Perform safe curative and preventive maintenance operations on faulty or inefficient production equipment.
  • Record maintenance history and parts consumption in dedicated systems.
  • Inform production teams of interventions performed and potential impacts on product quality, and initiate parts orders if necessary.
  • Ensure proper transmission of information regarding ongoing curative maintenance within the department, especially during AICs; ensure proper coordination of various stakeholders until fault resolution.
  • Participate in investigations in case of equipment deviation, in cooperation with methods engineers.
  • Monitor and validate maintenance interventions performed by external companies on production equipment.
  • Identify skill requirements within the equipment maintenance team; prepare and deliver training, evaluate acquired skills, and record them.

Who are you?

You hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in industrial equipment maintenance.

You must have solid experience as a Maintenance Technician, including 3 years within the company.

Beyond your technical expertise, you are thorough and comfortable prioritizing your tasks.

This position requires you to interact with various internal and external stakeholders, so you are naturally recognized for your interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
