Reporting to the Application Support Service Manager, you will ensure the access, availability, reliability, and performance of software solutions. Specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:
You will work closely with business teams to analyze their functional needs. You will directly participate in the testing, validation, and acceptance of enhancements, and be actively involved in change management and user support for the adoption of new functionalities.
You will join a technical environment with a diverse application scope, including several industrial ERPs (SILOG, SAP), SQL databases, a ticketing tool (GLPI), and reporting and data analysis tools (PowerBI).
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and have solid, successful experience as an Application Support Specialist in an industrial field.
You are proficient in the use of information systems dedicated to industrial applications.
Beyond your skills, you are primarily recognized for your customer focus, thoroughness, and ability to prioritize requests. You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
