Does working in an industry serving the medical sector resonate with you? Does leading operational teams whose production contributes to saving lives appeal to you? Are you interested in a truly human-centric management experience? You are probably our next Production Team Leader.
Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will be at the heart of our production workshop. You will lead and manage a team of about twenty production operators and adjusters, or controllers depending on the production unit, ensuring compliance with safety rules and activity standards (quality, deadlines, efficiency, etc.).
As a hands-on manager with a results-driven approach, you will support your team in their activities by managing versatility and the development of each individual’s skills. You will be actively involved daily in leading and deploying the safety, quality, and environmental policy within the workshop, and will ensure the interface between your sector and support services.
You will also be involved in improvement and/or development projects for the production workshop.
You hold a technical qualification (Bac+2/3 level). You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a production manager in a demanding and quality-driven industrial environment. You are adept at approaching subjects from both a human and technical standpoint.
Beyond your experience, you demonstrate adaptability and attentiveness in your interactions with your colleagues and other internal/external stakeholders.
You enjoy working in an environment where human values are central. You are attentive to the well-being of your employees and actively contribute to their development.
You are recognized for your organizational and analytical skills, as well as for your ability to adapt and prioritize according to the company’s interests. You are also curious and will be able to grasp the technical and mechanical specificities of our expertise.
You are open to alternating morning/afternoon shifts (2×8), weekend shifts (2x12h), and may be required to work fixed night shifts for defined periods.
